The Sonic is wider than the Spark. It has a wider turning radius and can be difficult to park in tight places. Pulling a u-ey is also more challenging in the Sonic. People who do a lot of maneuvering in the city may prefer the more sveldt Spark.

Power

The Sonic’s engine is far more powerful than the Spark’s. In addition, the higher drivetrain on the Sonic means it transfers power to the wheels far more effectively than the Spark, despite the Sonic’s larger size.

Functionality

Because the Sonic is larger and has more seating capacity, it’s a better choice for families frequently driving children around to their activities. It’s also a great choice for singles and couples who travel and need to carry luggage.
